Lenhard, Esq. to serve the specialized needs of the rapidly growing residential expansion in the Baltimore Metropolitan communities.  Unlike many other companies providing title settlement services, Hallmark Title Company began as an affiliate of a real estate company, Hallmark Realtors, Inc. which served the same community for 35 years. Thus, Hallmark Title Company has always held the edge in providing title settlement services sensitive to the special needs of all parties involved in the sale and purchase of property-the buyer, seller, agents and lenders.
