We like to pride ourselves on making title settlements go through as smoothly and quickly as possible. There are many documents involved, and we try to explain each one thoroughly. We want to make sure that we answer any questions to the best of our ability. We try to provide copies of the HUD-1 Settlement statements in advance, so that everyone is aware of the charges and the amount of money involved. Also, we try to anticipate any possible problems, so that we can resolve them in advance.

WE WILL CLOSE IN YOUR HOME

Hallmark Title makes it very easy for you or your customers to close in their homes. Our Mobile Closer, Jim Habicht (shown on left) has the experience, the flexibility, the technical equipment, and the ability to make your loan closing go smoothly. And he will travel all over the State of Maryland to make sure that your loan settles on the day it is scheduled.

Jim has the capability, from his vehicle, of downloading loan packages from his Dell Laptop, Verizon Wireless Broadband Internet, and Laser printer. He can receive last minute changes wherever and whenever necessary.

He will provide an extra copy of the closing Documents for you or your customers, and make sure that everyone signing is comfortable with their loan. Settlements usually take about 30-40 minutes. If there are any questions or problems that Jim can’t solve, he makes sure that the customers are in touch with their loan officer. Hallmark’s goal is for you and your customers to have a successful closing!
